The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. , the location was close to public transportation and a few local restaurants.
The area surrounding the hotel was unsafe, and there were homeless people nearby. The noise level was high since there was a shared bathroom, and it could be heard from the room.

This is the worst place i've ever stayed. Not recommended.
It didn't tell you which bus to get to the hostel from Train Station (should be bus 15!!). Altho it looked close to it on map, but it's impossible to walk there, especially I got off the train at 9pm!! Far away from everything. It took us 2 hours to reach this place at 11:15 pm!!! I could only find it after asking like at least 10 people, I found it only I stopped a guy who's going home in the neighbourhood. This place is hidden in a building without any signage at the exterior!!! You would never find this place if you're not asking people who is familiar with this neighbourhood. It's near a bar area which we feel very unsafe. No air-conditioning, no fan. Noisy, but you have to open the window for ventilation, and people could simply look into your room if you are on the ground floor. Internet is not accessible. Dirty bathroom. Dirty pantry without detergent, and you need to ask them for a lighter to turn the stove on. Staff is not around all the time, which you feel helpless. If I could choose again, even I'm a budget traveller, I'd rather pay more to stay in other place!! Breakfast is available not in the hostel, but in a cafe one block away.

We stayed in a well-maintained hotel with all the basic necessities. The cleanliness was impressive, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service, with fresh towels and linen changed regularly. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We found the location to be very convenient as it was close to a metro station and a bus stop where we could easily catch a bus to the city center. Additionally, we were delighted to find a supermarket in the vicinity of the hotel.
Everything great.

It was cheap.
I stayed there 4 days. They offer at breackfast the same meal: butter milk bread jam and juice. The first day the bread was expired. If you are looking for small budget trip and you want only to sleep at night it is ok. If you want something luxury don't choose it. We ate in town and came only to sleep. For that price it is ok. We also ate the cheap breackfast, but look carefully what you are eating

The pricing was reasonable and the room had basic necessities like a bed and a closet. the daily cleaning and towel changes were appreciated. the hotel's location was convenient for my business trip as it was close to the city center.
The surrounding area was not welcoming and felt unsafe. Noise from a nearby road made it difficult to sleep with open windows.

The rooms are rather spacious, with FREE WIFI and a wide screen TV in the room, also the staff is super friendly and helpful. The entire building is very clean (especially the bathrooms) and it is conveniently located on a major bus route that will take you straight to Termini Station at the heart of Rome.
It is still a new Bed and Breakfast and so there are still some renovations going on, thus the shared Kitchen was not yet fully up and running (no kettle or microwave) but we were assured that once their renovations are complete those will also be provided for guest use. Also, the included breakfast is rather small (Rolls and two jams, 2 types of cereal, coffee and juice) and by the third day we started only having the coffee and paying else where for breakfast

The staff was pretty friendly. The woman is very nice and apparently speaks a good amount of English and French. She will also explain how to get to the city center really clearly and will provide a map. It's not hard to get to the city; you just take a bus. And you get vouchers for breakfast at the bar on the corner, which is good.
They did not provide a fresh towel every day; I used the same towel the whole time. I'm also assuming they didn't change the sheets. Also, if you get a room close to the office, you should probably ask to change rooms. Ours was literally right off the office, and they talked really loudly late into the night and in the morning. It was a bit hard to sleep.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and included breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful instructions and maps to explore the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a flatscreen TV. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a district with a lot of restaurants, making it easy to find a nice and cheap place to eat and drink.
No aspects for improvement were mentioned.

My room is very clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable. The hotel is very near the bus stop, just some steps in front of the hotel. They also have luggage room for customers. You can check out, leave your luggage there and take it later - before midnight. Staffs are very helpful.
